* add modal directing users to signup/login before placing an order

Create function to display modal whenever needed.

* modify cart to update quantity and price of order already in cart

Similar items were individually added to cart. Group as one item instead

* add phone & address client-side validation and remove alert-box

* replace successful alert message with modal box

This is to enhance user experience.

* modify ordersController to process orders with multiple food items

Controller only allowed single item orders. Enable multi-item orders

* retrieve user email and phone no from server response

* add user contact details to orders table column & edit name column

Edit name column to account for overall name for single and multi-items.

* implement placing of multiple-item (add to cart) orders

* allow user to view recent order history

* add buy now feature to menu

* modify single-item checkout feature

* modify single-item order phone and address confirmation

* implement single-item order processing

* modify script for processing single-item order

move script to different file for sake of modularity

* revise tests due to change in place order endpoint implementation

* implement changes due to modification  in orders controller testing

* fix issue with item 'add-to-cart' functionaity

* change order id display format
