* hash of node/coordinates uses `json` property introduced in https://github.com/creare-com/podpac/commit/15e5f3b
* adding `CacheListing` class which is a container for a single cached data object and stores the the components used to generate hash keys for prvidence and comparison purposes
* adding `CachePickleContainer` which holds a collection (list) of `CacheListing` objects, typically just one such objects but can hold more than one for the case of multiple listings hasing to the same keys. This class actually loads/writes itself to disk to store the cached data.
* switched to using `node.base_ref` as the "user friendly" part of the cached filenames.
