refactor(clipboard): use simpleclip.el as a dependency

Replace the copy-paste implementation of `simpleclip-get-contents` with function
defined checking.
System clipboard will be used only if `org-cliplink-simpleclip-source` is `t`
and `simpleclip-get-contents` is defined.
