Added merge_struct! and parse_tlbr! macros

tlbr = top, left, bottom, right

Essentially these macros create functions like `parse_left`,
`parse_right`, etc. for `border`, `padding`, `margin` and
`box-shadow` so that we don't have to copy-paste them for every
type. These macros of course only work for types that have the four
fields "top, left, bottom, right".
