Changes for BB3
I'm doing this in anticipation of Challonge Mgr being used on Sunday, where
one bracket will be played on multiple cabs.  These changes will let the
techs at each cab use separate accounts to manage one bracket.

Don't require the Challonge Mgr user name to match the Challonge user name.
Send just the API key in API calls.

Ignore the underway_at field that Challonge returns for matches.  This makes
the concept of the current match local to the Tournament table.  Without this
change, when user A marked a match as finished, it could affect user B's
view of the tournament.
