V1.2 tracking fees (#132)

* Updated README for correct contributors and acknowledged seeedu AB3

* Updated all images in AboutUs to the correct format.

* Fixed. Now references seedu instead of NUS ab3

* Added new date parameter to Fees

* Added a new class UniqueFeesList to track people's fees. WIP

* Date can now be inputted but not shown. Storage is not working cuz of jaxb adapted person

* Trying to make a perm file like StatisticsBook and ExamsBook for easier tracking.

* Created the FeesBook. Going to implement storage and jaxb next

* jaxb in Storage created. Have to remove fees from person attribute and to its own?

* Realise I don't need storage

* Deleted previos storage methods.

* App runs w preput data, but doesn't restore saved fees. People are initialised to 0 when rebooting
