Update KMC_Lattice submodule, copyright, and namespaces (#49)

Resolves #48 and #46 

General:
-KMC_Lattice submodule updated to latest master version
-updated copyright to show correct years
-put all code into an Excimontec namespace
-replaced usage of Utils namespace with KMC_Lattice namespace
-updated README with new name for transit time histogram file
-updated README with updated test execution instructions
-updated travis yml file with new method for running the test executable

main:
-replaced usage of importBooleanParam function with the new str2bool function in KMC_Lattice namespace
-replaced usage of calculateTransitTimeDist with calculateTransitTimeHist function from the OSC_Sim class
-changed name of output file for transit time data to specify that it is histogram data

OSC_Sim class:
-updated calculateTransitTimeDist function to output vector of pairs to match dist format of the rest of the software package
-renamed calculateTransitTimeDist to calculateTransitTimeHist to be more descriptive about the data that it produces
-reduced frequency of command line status output for dynamics and TOF tests

test:
-updated namespace usage to new KMC_Lattice namespace instead of Utils
-updated ToF tests to use updated calculateTransitTimeDist function
-updated test morphology file names to include their path relative to the root directory so that tests can be run from the root dir
-turned off suppression of command line output during test
