Feature parse escaped arguments (#23)

Fixes #19 and fixes #9.

* first failing attempt

* fix old arg throw tests

* first attempt at create base identity transform

* fix index and extend in shaker

* add escaped argument test that should fail ...

but does not, and simplify throws testing macro

* fix last issue with escaped parameters

* increase coverage
