chore(refactor-admin-page-codeBlock): refactor the admin page code block
- Add spinner to page on page load
- Make add food items modal responsive
- Scroll to Menu and Orders table on click of a order or menu buttons
- Return orders arranged in descending order of magnitude and change S/N to Order Id
- update the blur and blur2  div CSS  to cover entire order and items table
