backoffice: implements item information

* Based on loans component introduced items component
* Cleaned up html structures
* Removed unnecessary styles and used semantic ones
* Removed bindings to this since we use fat arrows
* Removed actions with necessary clean up
* Cleaned up errors, now the actual error gets rendered
* closes #29
