Fix calculation of first sprint size (#394)

* Fix first sprint calculate

Change #project_start_date to #first_sprint_start_date, that way
using project.interation_start_day in #poject_start_from_first_sprint
fix the wrong position of stories in past interations.

ProjectIterations #past_iterarions tests

set Project#iteration_start_date in project_factory

change project_factory :with_month_ago to :created_one_month_ago
