Worked on style of the spreadsheet

There are a few issues apparent:

- The text layout used for the columns doesn't center the text correctly
- The overflow: hidden (or overflow: something in general) does nothing
- In order to draw the lines correctly, we **need** border-[left,
  right, top, bottom] to be configurable separately
- Z-indexing is a problem - how should we sort these things?
- The DOM should carry information about dynamic CSS overrides,
  otherwise it's going to be a pain to update dynamic CSS variables
