Commit Message

Add stub for doppler integration tests

* Stub builds executable, runs it and kills it.
* Run doppler integration tests in isolation with bin/doppler_integration_tests
* Run integration tests as part of bin/travis_test.
* Add some coloration to test output for clarity.
