Merge pull request #119 from etjk/feat/save-user

This following is the Summary of Milestone for v1.2. In this PR, the save command has been implemented. The `SaveCommand` allows Users(Admin/Student) to save their account details.

`SaveCommand` & `SaveCommandParser` has been included. A path must be included which will be the destination of where the user file is saved.
