* refactor: pull-based transfer rather push one [+]

'cause we're relying on the payable fallback function
to receive payments, we can't redirect that payment
automatically to merchant without an increased gas usage
cost. therefore, the viable solution is to defer the
merchant amount/part transfer, we maintain an internal
balance for the merchant, so he can withdraw by himself
this owned ether balance
