Some cleanup from goodpractice::gp() 

* Use vapply because it's safer than sapply.

* Moves from 1:nrow to seq_len which is safer

* Clean up unused code paths and =

There were two code paths that were unused to coerce arguments to dates even though those are enforced to be dates. Additionally, removed the use of = for assignment in a few spots in favor of <-

* Increase coverage of moves_calc and age_calc

* Improves test coverage

* Addresses deprecation of expect_that matches

Now the recommended use is expect_match.

* Adds URL and BugReports. Removes Date.
