Version class and utils update (#37)

General
-added Version class from Ising_OPV
-updated copyright statement years
-updated version to v2.0-beta.5 in preparation for next beta release
-updated travis yml file by changing compiler configuration for the code coverage test so that it runs faster
-updated README to add information about the Version class
-updated Doxygen documentation

Utils class:
-updated Utils functions from Ising_OPV
-removed importBooleanParam function
-added the calculateDensityHist function to calculate the density histogram / discrete probability distribution from a probability histogram
-updated calculateCumultiveHist function to check for the size of input histogram

tests:
-updated tests to use the new calculateProbHist and calculateDensityHist functions where appropriate
-updated test.cpp with Utils and Versions tests from Ising_OPV
-added Utils tests of round_int function
-added Utils test of calculateDensityHist to check for exception when single entry histogram is passed
-added Utils MPI tests of the MPI_calculateProbHistAvg and MPI_gatherValues functions
