How to generate map?
-Clone zulip repo.
-Provision server by running `tools/provision`.
-Run `tools/setup/emoji/build_emoji`.
-Map will be geneated at `static/generated/emoji/codepoint_to_name.json`.

In future, we want some good solution as this map is depended on
server version. And app should adjust this map according to the server
version, to fix all emoji code miss issues.
