* added modal to claim trading proceeds to inform users of the gas cost as compared to trading winnings

* linting

* more line heigth to space out text in modal

* increase font size for description of modal'

* removed unneeded component can just reuse reveiw modal from container, fixed unit tests

* more padding on review modal when market title is super long

* found the .only that was causing local tests to pass

* worked out spacing based on design

* fix linting

* removed unneeded styling

* small clean up to make move readable

* use same value displayed in position footer for user winnings, remove selector and test

* reverted style changes
