Split ListProofValidator [ECR-2394] (#506)

Split ListProofValidator into two classes with more focused
responsibilities: StructValidator — the visitor verifying 
the structural correctness of the proof;
and RootHashCalculator — the visitor that calculates
the root hash, assuming the proof is structurally correct.
