[KE] Retrieve 20 messages at a time from SMS API

The API is still returning invalid JSON. It seems that the body is
limited to a certain size, so the bigger the messages the fewer are
included in the response.

I've reduced the output down to 20 messages to hopefully avoid invalid
JSON errors until this problem is fixed.
