yarn: Add integrity hashes to yarn.lock.

Yarn 1.10.x adds these by default any time you run `yarn`.  There's
not a lot in the way of release notes, but see yarnpkg/yarn#5042 .
Sounds like a good idea!

And they're said to be backward compatible with older versions of
`yarn`, as you'd hope.  So, go ahead and add them.
