feat (audiences): Typed audience evaluation (#174)

- When accessing audiences in project config, prefer typedAudiences over audiences
- Support new match types: exact, exists, greater than, less than, substring
- Evaluate a leaf condition to null if unknown condition type, unknown condition match type, necessary-but-missing condition value, missing user attribute value, invalid user attribute value, etc.
- Allow null values to bubble up if necessary
- Perform full audience evaluation even if the customer didn't pass any attribute values
