feat(type): scatter chart and additional enums

* added interfaces and enum for series and config bar and line, refactored and updated base interfaces

* removed ternary type condition in bar. component

* added combination chart initial test, seems to work well but need test all properies and look closer at type definitions for series

* added scatter module

* added scatter types, mock data, atomic and config example

* moved markPoint, markLine, markArea, tooltip to demo app area

* updated package.json

* added provider service

* fixed end of line lint

* added missing interfaces on br chart, add axis and tooltip to public-api, need this to extend the class outside of this project and render atomic components

* added TdChartXAxisComponent to public-api
