Many simplifications in rules involving the (scaled) identity

- Union `Identities` has been suppressed in favor of avoiding that taking the
  inverse, adjoint or inverse-adjoint of the identity yield something else than
  identity.

- Thanks to the chain of rules, it is not necessary to extend the left and
  right divisions.  It is sufficient to extend the multiplication.

- Tests have been added to check these rules, in particular with the
  `UniformScaling` operator defined in `LinearAlgebra`.
