CA-252969: DockerLinux/CLC.centos7u_x86-64: CLI command vm-param-get failed: Error: Key docker_ps not found in map

xscontainer: ignore SIG_PIPE
During the dundeedockerlinux test, there are many SIG_PIPE throw
out because pipe broken, which will cause xscontainer-monitor exit.
Ignore the signal to avoid the failure.
