fix(jsonresume-theme): Copy assets from dependent node_modules on build.

Avoid the whole [`Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/root/theme-manager/themes/jsonresume-theme-randytarampi/0.40.13/node_modules/@randy.tarampi/resume/dist/styles.css'`](http://themes.jsonresume.org/randytarampi) error.

And also kick the build to see what's causing tens of thousands of KMS requests...
