* [test] Adding test for `load` method

* [fix] Throw exception when specified client doesn't exist

Failure to reset can have negative affects on tests run afterwards.

* [fix] Use a unique client name
A prior test adds a client of the name 'foo'. So, we have to use a
unique name in our test to avoid it matching.
