Make blob images optional to clean up string representation

- Since things like images, contours, etc. are not shown in the string
  representation because they're not very helpful, showing that the
  image is `None` could be quite confusing. Though, before the image
  field was required so it had to be printed to make it a valid Python
  expression.

- The `image` field was made optional, though since it's still in the
  spot in the constructor, it can still be used like a positional
  argument, making it backwards-compatible
