* Implement pull request for project:upstream:update

* Confirm version after a project update

* Fix up 'MergeUpstreamBranch' placeholder class.

* Override needed method

* Fix mistaken setup in test

* Try with phpunit 5

* Back out 'fix' that broke tests

* Move fixture-manipulation code out of WorkingCopy and into the Fixture class
