Be careful to only consider the blocks that overlap *both* regions.

The previous code (based on fetch_all_by_MethodLinkSpeciesSet_DnaFrag_DnaFrag)
was not checking the coordinates of the second species, meaning it
was including in the first species' coverage some blocks that are
outside of the second query region.

Moreover, _alignment_coordinates_on_regions is probably a bit faster.
