Implement Storage Reading and Writing

 - Add implementation for transactional FAT
 - Always read from working FAT, dump transactional to the main FAT
 - Main FAT only used to load existing file system after failures
 - Add more implementations for ReaderWriter – guarder by readwrite lock, guarder by single lock and non-blocking
 - Add more exceptions for reading/writing
 - Add writeShort to ByteUtil
 - Number of files in directory now of short type
 - Add method to list children to the DirectoryDescriptor implementation
 - Add smoke integration tests for file system
 - Add JMH library (in order to implement benchmarks)
 - Storage file system now marks corrupted clusters
 - StorageDataManager and StorageFatManager are both guarder by InfileFileSystem guard
 - Remove illogical implementations of storageFile/storageDirectory, they are replaced with AutoCloseable descriptors now
