[#160868500] Exposed API to get known workers
+ Panicing if not settings provided for the worker/master
+ Removing plugin if panic occured during the load
+ Worker now unloads devices if there were no messages from master for the past 2 minutes
* Master forces devices assignment every discovery message
* Fixed groups commands invokation
* Fixes for RPI build files
