CopyInput + Syntax highlighting support (#350)

* Create CopyButton, and start on CopyInput

* Get highlight component started

* Added highlight.js syntax highlighting

* Add content editable support to the copy input to enable the cursor and select all

* Add READMEs

* Add CopyCode component

* Add copy to clipboard functionality to the CopyCode and CopyInput components

* Add box shadow to the CopyButton within the CopyCode

* Add tests for new components

* Refactor + enhance Copy components

Also bring test coverage back up to 100% (hopefully)

* Updates for code coverage

* Wrap ...rest in CopyButton with getValidProps
