* Ch refactor app structure #160779645 (#35)

* Change app structure and amend associated links

* Amend travis link and allow build for only master and develop branches

* Update .travis.yml

* Include model scripts and delete unnecessary ones.

* Remove caching from travis.yml

This was suspected to cause a build failure. May reinstall later

* Configure eslint to allow mocha global test commands

* Fix arrow-parenthesis errors marked by eslint

* Change format of Update JSON response

* Make all item cards of equal height

* Add page margin and edit card sizes

* Create Order History page & remove history from anonymous user 's menu.

* Add item count button in cart

* Define global vars in ESlint

* Implement item count increment/decrement upon user-to-cart interaction
