Selection mode (#14)

* add angular material

* all at 6.1.8

* split up vote state

* make voting a radio select

will make implementing a multi select easier in the future since now theres a single vote button

* nevermind shit still fails on the build server...It's something to do with the auth root reducer state being undefined during a test...need to investigate :/
