Allow native package fields to be input optionally or via JSON mapping

Ref #41. We remove the special processing around package name and url, and instead make all (informational) package fields available optionally in the metadata record schema, and enable those same package fields (and none others) to be used in metadata JSON attribute mappings, for automatic copying of data from metadata JSON to package attributes.
