Version class and Namespace Update

General:
-updated documentation
-added all classes, functions, and variables to the Ising_OPV namespace
-added Version class and static Version object to the Ising_OPV
namespace
-removed the Utils namespace
-updated makefile to compile and link new Version class files
-updated parameters_default to use new version naming convention
-fixed formatting bug in README

main
-updated main to use new outputMorphologyFile function and Version class

Morphology class:
-updated constructors to check the Parameters object validity and throw
exception if the parameters are not valid
-updated importMorpholoyFile and outputMorphologyFile functions to use
new Version class for checking the imported morphology file format and
writing out the version used to generate the morphology

Parameters:
-updated imortParameters function to use the new Version class to check
the format of the parameters file

Uitls:
-refactored MPI functions to make the program flow more clear and reuse
existing code
-removed the Utils namespace

Version class:
-added this new class to define the versioning format, store version
information, and for comparing different versions

tests:
-added Version class constructor, comparison, and other tests
-updated Morphology class constructor tests to check for exceptions when
the input parameters are invalid
-added Parameters class tests for importing and checking the validity of
the default paramters
