Implementation of Aggregator Parser (issue #21)

 * The 'Aggregator Parser' use the most accurate requirement parser when
the source declaration is a directory or a file
 * Using the SPI (Service Provider Interface) in order to prepare the
task of externalizing all parsers as plugins (issue #8)
