CLI refactoring; new preprocessing method to reorient; `linnaeus go` cmd

~I really should have used more than one commit but we're here now so~
- CLI is now a package not a single file
- new preprocessing method to apply EXIF orientation tags to images
- new `linnaeus go` command which runs a series of other commands to process batches of files and watches folders for new files
