Correction of color face (#85)

* Modify condition in manager append function

One element can now appear several times in the manager for different behaviors. But element still can not appear several times for the same behavior.

* Correction of segment category for new faces create in IH transition

* Create a new segment vertex category : lateral

Check the segment category of new vertices according to segment edges.

* Modify functions for that they can be called by the manager

* Fixe coloration of face

* Correction for  the PR
