Flexy: Refactor with CSS-in-JS

This update converts the `Flexy` component's CSS into CSS-in-JS styling,
via the `@helpscout/fancy` library.

Additional Stories were added for `Flexy` to test out the various
configurationsm such as `align`, `gap`, and `just`.

`Flexy` has also been modernized with the latest Blue component standards,
which include namespacing and `propConnect`.

Lastly, the tests were updated to use `mount` instead of `shallow` for better
reliability.

Bonus lastly: Since the CSS will be compiled using CSS-in-JS, this allowed me
to remove `seed-flexy` as a dependency :raised_hands:
