* MAINT/ENH: fixes #762

* ...actually include the code changes

* BLD/API: pandas version bump, addressing @eldeveloper's comments

Bump in pandas version needed to support the much more efficient
way of going from scipy.sparse to SparseDataFrame. However, this
change, which is the correct way to create a SparseDataFrame from
a scipy.sparse matrix now has nan as zero values, resulting in a
slightly different output structure.

* Restored SparseDataFrame fill value handling

* BLD: drop py3.4 support

* BLD: actually send on an updated travis conf
