APIO-228 Remove parent attribute from all annotation, create ParentId

Instead of filling this attribute in method creating a nested route developers will need to use ParentId instead of Id for the identifier parameter. Also add an httpMethod attribute to Action for declaring the http verb instead of using JAX-RS annotations
