Adapt project to be an npm package (#22)

* Adapt project to be an npm package

The project will now on hold just reusable components
published as npm packages.

* Add HelloWorld component

Just to verify storybook, tests and npm publishing works well.
Can be removed later when more components are added.

* Add "yarn dist" to travis

The "yarn build" is removed, since the project hosts reusable
components only.

The "yarn dist" is added to travis commands to verify pre-publish
phase.
This target partially repeats previous steps, but this dupplicity
can ease identification of issues.

* Remove README-create-react-app.md

* Prune npm deps

Existing dependencies are moved under devDependencies since they
are not used in production build.

Namely "react" is newly a peer-dependency. Since it is used by tests
and storybook, it is listed among devDeps as well.

A few unused deps are removed at all.
