* add parameter to routes; add UserRegistrationInfoV2 case class

* reverted to wrong commit so just fixed it manually

* remove unused function

* change /me endpoint to only use v2 endpoints in sam when supporting v1

* add correct case class for v2 workbench user diagnostics payload
