[wip] Build and test on mac osx (#110)

* Try flub-openssl branch for a fat core build

Note, we still need to explicity link with all archives to avoid
getting missing symbols

* travis: skip downloading and building libsasl2-dev

* Bump deltachat-core#flub-openssl

* Start working on osx

* Install ninja

* Fix rm -rf on mac

* Only try running docker + tests on linux

* Run a simple test on mac osx (to see that bindings load properly)
