Commit Message

Add Serialization tests for all envs and spaces

Adds a round-trip pickling test for every Serializable object. This
will help ensure that shallow picking bugs do not sneak into the
codebase, which has been common recently. Conveniently, it also adds
a tiny functionality test for many primitives.
