Testing Update

Morphology class:
-added stdexcept header include and updated several functions to throw
invalid argument exceptions instead of returning after errors
-updated addSite function to create default empty data for the
Correlation_data, Tortuosity_data, and InterfacialHistogram_data vectors

tests:
-added several tests using invalid site type arguments or request to get
morphology analysis data before it is calculated the test the default
empty data that it returns
-added Morphology class tests for createRandomMorphology with invalid
input mix fractions
-added Morphology class tests of the extended correlation function
calculation
-added Morphology class tests of lattice stretch and shrink functions
using invalid rescale factor inputs
