S5 Refactor Backend (#163)

* genericized feed for purposes of using in Course page

* course page view started. review and question feed state now lives in course module

* question/review feed now works

* added course code

* pretty tab buttons

* whole bunch of style rework and fixed linting errors

* fixed some small styling things

* fixed tests

* router links instead of functions

* fixed card.less style scope

* Fxied a few Nuno bugerinos
